As a busy finance professional, I realised many years ago that I needed something to help me relax and unwind from the day-to-day.

Having tried a few different meditation techniques, I came across Transcendental Meditation and was blown away by the difference it made to me almost over night. My sleep patterns improved, I found I had more energy, and the usual triggers that would set me off seemed to just fall away.

As a raving fan, I decided to learn how to teach other people how to still their minds and reconnect with themselves.

As TM integrates so well with day-to- day life and activity, I now teach courses alongside my day job as a chartered accountant.
